THE BABE MACHINE 15


~ It was a perfect day for a walk, Charmy pretended he was giving a tour of town and kept pointing out that various shops and places as they went by, Cream held Shadow's hand whenever they went throw a crowed spot, Shadow had tried to pull away the first time but gave in even to the point where he took HER hand when he saw a group coming. He was enjoying himself, he had never thought s simple walk could be so nice, He went to the town square and got to chase pigeons , they showed him the open air market where there were many people buying and selling all kinds of things, a nice vender gave them each a small riceball to snack on as they continued ~

Charmy- And here we have..a bench

Shadow- ?

Cream- Why are you showing us a bench Charmy?

charmy- So we can sit on it and take a snack brake! XD

~The three giggle and get onto the bench, it was a lovely spot shaded by an old oak,  Shadow munched on his riceball getting small sticky grains all over his face ~

Cream- how's you're snack Shadow?

Shadow- It's yummy! Er...I mean it's okay..I've never had a riceball before

Charmy- Really??? espio makes them all the time! There my favorite! ^^

Cream- Espio Knows how to cook??

Charmy- yea, he knows how to do a lot of things

~Shadow finished his snack and licked his fingers clean ~

Shadow- Mm...What are we gunna do now??

Charmy- Hum.. Well..We could walk around the park, or go to a playground or-

Shadow- Playground! I wanna go to the playground please??? does it have a slide?? ^^

~Shadow's ears had perked forward and he started smiling at the word "playground" He had only been to one once in his life but he remembered he Did in fact have fun before he ran from Silver, the young hedgehog was nearly bouncing at the thought of going back~

Cream- *Giggles* Playground it is then

Charmy- Alright! *hops down* Lets go gang! ^^

~it took them only a few minutes to get to the park, Shadow started running to the slide smileing the moment he could see it, Charmy made sure he got up to the top okay while cream waited at the bottom ~

Charmy- Ready.....set....go!

Shadow- *Pushes off and slides down* Whhee!

Cream-*Catches him*  Wow! did you see how fast you were going? ^^

Shadow- Yeah-huh! ^^

Charmy- Look out below! *Slides down himself*

Cream- *Giggles* Charmy! x3

~Shadow heads over to the sandbox after playing on the slide a bit more he starts digging a hole ~

Charmy- what'cha doing?..

Shadow- Digging to the bottom

Charmy- Why?

Shadow-...I wanna see what it looks like

~Charmy tilted his head and watched him for a moment before joining him, come to think of it He had never seen the bottom of a sandbox himself. shortly  it seemed that every boy in the area had joined in the excavation till a park worker strolled by~

Parkworker- Dobedobedo..Wow lots of kids enjoying the park toda-OH MY GOODNESS!!

~The poor park attendants' mouth hung open, the Sandbox had been emptied of all it's sand and they had now dug down about two feet into the ground, he nearly started to pull his hair out though he had to admit he was was amazed at the children's team work, all of the kids with play buckets were in a line to take the dirt out and make a pile after the ones with shoves had filled them. but enough, this was going to take forever to clean up ~

Parkworker- Hey! Enough! you kids stop this and get out! What do you think you're all doing?!

~A male lizard mobain boy spoke up~

Boy- We were just helping! a kid wanted to know what the bottom of the sandbox looked like so..we all kinda started digging...

Parkworker- Wanted to know what the..ho-boy

~The worker put a hand to his forehead ~

Parkworker- You kids could have just asked! The sand box in this park doesn't HAVE a bottom, only a layer of sand which is...was kept in by the"box" of the sandbox...under that is only normal, everyday dirt

~ He shook his head while all the kids simply went "ooohhhh" ~

Parkworker- I think it's best you all head home now...

~Slowly the children all dispersed Cream shook her head as Charmy walked up with Shadow..both of whom were COVERED in dirt and Sand ~

Cream- What am I going to do with you two?????

Charmy- *laughs* Oh come on Cream! It was tons of fun! and Did you see how fast we were all working! It was great XD you should have joined us

~Cream took shadow's hand and started walking, heading back for home ~

Cream- And get all dirty and messy? No thank you...Though, did you have Fun Shadow?

Shadow- Yeah! ^^

Cream- Well that's good at least ^^ come on you two ^^

~ Vanilla met them at the door looking a bit shocked at the two filthy boys ~

Vanilla- well,well What have you three been up to hum?

Shadow- We went on a walk! ^^ Charmy showed us lots and lots of things and a nice man gave us riceballs! ^^

~Vanilla smiled and picked him up, leading them all inside ~

Vanilla- Oh?

Charmy- Yep! I showed them all the sites x3

Cream- WE had a good time ^^ , The reason Charmy and Shadow are all dirty is because we went to the park and they well kinda started excavation club *giggles*

Vanilla- Oh? How so?

Shadow- We got all the sand out of the sandbox and kept digging! ^^

Charmy- Yeah! We would have made it to the Dragon kingdom if the parkwoekere hadn't stopped us..

Vanilla- Oh dear, you boys shouldn't take  sand out of the sandbox...

Charmy- yeah..that's what the worker said

Shadow- but why??

Vanilla- Well, I'll tell you after a bath, both you and Charmy need one

Shadow- I don't want a bath!

Vanilla- now Shadow, you don't want Amy and Sonic to come back to find you looking like this do you???

~Shadow looked down at himself, bits of dirt and sand fell to the floor every time he moved, He knew Amy would most likely be very upset if she saw him like this ~

Shadow- Nnoooo....

Vanilla- I didn't think so, Charmy please take one in the other bathroom while I help Shadow.

~Charmy gave a nod and walked off humming as Vanilla carried Shadow to the same bathroom Cream had taken him to earlier ~

Shadow- U-um Cream mo- I mean Vanilla, since I'm four does this mean I take a shower??

~Vanilla set him down and started to fill the tub with water ~

Vanilla-*Shakes head* No, not yet I'm afraid, you're still to young to reach to facets.

Shadow- Oh..right..

~Shadow looked down a moment wiggleing his toes inside his shoes before looking up~

Shadow- Can I at least wash myself???

~Vanilla thought for a moment, Most four year olds were still washed by there parents but he had behaved all day...~

Vanilla- Well Shadow..you're not really old enough to but, you've been such a good boy today that you can try.

Shadow- I can!?

~Shadow nearly jumped for joy at that thought of getting some of his dignity back ~

Vanilla- Yes, but I must stay and watch you to make sure things go well

~And there went his hopes crashing and burning into a heap on the ground ~

Shadow-...fine! it'll be worth it to at least be able to wash myself

~Vanilla grinned a bit at the flash of his old self ~

Vanilla- Well, the water's ready, do you need help with your clothes?

~Shadow shook his head and started to undress, only having a slight problem with his shirt but soon he was combing into the tub with Vanilla's help, He was thankful when she turned away to sort out a towel drawer and so bathed in peace  till he was ready to be helped out of the tub~

Shadow- Okay, I'm done

Vanilla- Very good Shad-Oh! my goodness you've nearly turned the water black!

Shadow- Hee,hee,hee ^^"

~Vanilla shook her head knowing she was most likely going to have to clean out the tub later then helped the young hedgehog out and dried him off ~

Vanilla- I'm going to go wash you're clothes alright?

Shadow- Thats okay, thanks

~Shadow walked out and to the front room, it felt nice walking on the soft carpet in only his bare feet, though he did feel slightly odd not wearing anything for the first time in over a week bit it was no big deal since his thick fur  kept him warm enough. Cream was sitting on the couch watching cartoons, she smiled when she saw Shadow walking up and motioned for him to come over  ~

Cream- Here Shadow I got you some cookies and juice ^^

Shadow- Thanks cream

~Shadow climbed up onto the couch and took the glass when Cream offered it~

Shadow- What'cha watching?

~He asked after taking a big swig, she had gotten him applejuice ~

Cream- *Nibbles on a cookie* Just some cartoons ^^ do you like cartoons?

Shadow- There okay..I kinda miss being able to watch  other shows..I like gun fights and explosions! Boom! Eeehehehehehe

~Cream cracked up and his "Evil" laugh ~

Cream- Ah well...I like cartoons more

~Charmy soon joined them on the couch, till he got bored and started Chasing Shadow around pretending he was a swatbot, which made Shadow giggle as he ran in mock terror . it was around five when Amy and Sonic finally walk in through the front door ~

Amy- Hello? We're back ^^

Vanilla- Ah there you two are, did you have a good time and get all you needed? ^^

Sonic- Are you kidding?

~Shadow quickly climbed down off the couch and ran over~

Shadow-  Mommy ^^ Da-er Sonic! ^^

Sonic- So close x3 ..Good grief The lil Faker's naked!

~Shadow blushes as Amy Scoops him up kissing him on the head ~

Shadow- you don't wear clothes either!

Sonic- Heh x3

Amy- Hi honey ^^ We're you good for Vanilla while we were gone? ^^

Vanilla- He was a perfect little angel

Amy- Really? great job Shadow! ^^

~shadow smiled and hugged Amy as she hugged him ~

Amy- did you have fun?

Shadow- Uh-huh! we played hide and seek and I won! and We went on a walk and the playground and Charmy chased me but he couldn't catch me! and I got all dirty and had a bath and I washed myself all by myself! and I went to the potty! ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^

~Amy blinked at the sudden surge of information and couldn't help but laugh ~

Amy- you did??? Great job! I' m so proud of you! ^^

Sonic- Way to go kiddo ^^

~Shadow beamed before noticing his lollipop on the table, he grabbed it and started yanking at the plastic cover ~

Sonic- Thanks again for watching him Vanilla


Vanilla- it was no problem at all ^^ Here, I went and washed his clothes , he came back rather dirty

~Amy stood up while sonic took them~

Amy- Thank you very much ^^  Say Goodbye Shadow

Shadow- *Waves* Bye Vanilla, bye Cream, Bye Charmy ^^

Cream- Bye Shadow ^^

Charmy- See you soon ^^

Vanilla- You three have a nice night ^^

Sonic- you too ^^

Shadow-*Carried outside* Are we going home now??

Sonic- Nope! Not yet

Shadow- Where are we going??

Amy- We're going out to eat for dinner ^^

Shadow- Really! cool!! ^^ Where we gunna eat?

Sonic- Uncle Chucks ^^

~And so after pausing a minute to get Shadow back into his outfit the before heading to Uncle Chuck's dinner, Sonic's uncle Sir Charles smiled behind the counter ~

Chuck- Well hello there sonny! come for some chili dogs??

Sonic- Oh you know it Unc XD and I brought Amy And Shadow with me ^^

Chuck- Great! It's about time you brought you're girlfriend over!

~Sonic gulps slightly and Amy blushes,  Chuck continues before they could speak~

Chuck- Heh, you all just go find a seat someplace and I'll take you're order in a moment

sonic- Uh, right ^^"

~ They pick a booth near the front window's and sit down after getting Shadow a booster seat~

Shadow- Humph...I guess this is better then a highchair..

Amy- That's they way to look at it Shadow ^^ now what do you want?

~Sonic drummed his figures on the table top impatiently as Amy read the menu for Shadow and showed him the pictures, Finally a  pale blue vixen in a waitress's uniform walked up with a order pad ready~

Waitress- Welcome to Uncle Chucks Diner, Home to Mobius' BEST chili dogs, How may I help you? ^^

Sonic- I'll take Six, no, twelve of you're finest Chili dogs with extra onions and jalapeno,

~ The waitress sweat dropped at the size of the order~

Waitress- Er, Yes sir, and to drink? ^^"

Sonic- Uuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm WAter

Waitress- Hehe ^^" Okay, and for you Ma'am?

~Amy glanced at the menu one more ~

Amy- I'll have the Garden salad with unsweetened ice tea please ^^ And Shadow here will have the three piece Chicken fingures and some apple juice.

Waitress- okay ^^ Comeing right up ^^ I'll be back with you're drinks in a moment ^^

Amy- thank you ^^ Well Shadow, We have a surprize for you once we go home

~Shadow's ears perk and he looks over at her~

Shadow- A Surprize? for me? what is it???

~ amy giggles and pokes his nose~

Amy- It wouldn't be a surprize if I told you wold it? x3

Shadow- Hum.I guess you're right...

~Shadow then turned to sonic~

Shadow- YOU tell me then

Sonic- Ha! XD Nice try Lil Faker x3 you'll just have to wait

Shadow- Aawwwww!

~Soon the Waitress came back and placed there drinks on the table before leaving and comeing back again with a tray holding all there food~

Waitress- Alright we've got the kids three piece chicken fingers, a Garden salad and er, twelve chilidogs ^^" Is that all?

Sonic- Yes! Come to papa!

~The waitress inched away as Sonic ripped into his food, Amy gave him a dirtly look before starting on her salad, Shadow simply ate his chicken not noticeing anyone else. Sonic of course finished first and left the table to go talk with his uncle, no one noticed a figure watching from outside or when it followed them once they finally left and headed for Sonic's house ~

Amy- alright Shadow, You're surprize is in your room ^^

~Shadow smiled and ran he stopped and his eyes grew wide, all the baby stuff had been removed, even the crib!  Everything was now replaced with more age aproperiot items, No more baby toys but action figures and cars, even a toy gun, and they got him a bed! a real bed!..well it had slightly raised sides to make sure he wouldn't roll out but he'd be able to get out of bed on his own~

Shadow- Wow! Thank you! Thanks mommy!

~Shadow quickly hugged Sonic and Amy before rushing over to the toys and checking them all, Amy and Sonic smiled ~

Sonic- You like it huh?

Amy- This is why We left you at Vanilla's today ^^

Shadow- I love it! no more baby stuff this is great! ^^

Sonic- good ^^

Amy- We're glad ^^..Though it's getting late so...tiem for bed x3

Shadow- Awwww!..Wait..Okay!

Sonic- Whoa Oo" The diffrence of no crib XD

~Shadow went back and hugged Amy again, she picked him up and kissed his cheek~

Shadow-  Night ^^

Amy- Goodnight Sweety, Sweet dreams ^^ I'll see you tomorrow ^^

Sonic- Night Ames

~Amy set Shadow down and left with a wave, Sonic looked to Shadow with a grin~

Sonic- Alright Kiddo, lets get you dressed and into you're new bed okay?

Shadow- Okay!

~Sonic went over to the new chest they had gotten him and pulled out a pair, He watched as Shadow cheanged into them, helping him if he needed it then tucked him into his new bed ~

Sonic- Good night Shadow, Sleep tight, I'll just be in the other room if you need me alright?

Shadow-*nods* Alright, Goodnight Sonic

~sonic left the room turning off the light,  Shadow snuggled into his new bed, this was great...no more diapers..or baby mush, no more cribs or playpens, He may not be an adult yet but atleast he wasn't a baby...Shadow yawned and closed his eyes, and before you know it he was fast asleep~
